Our returns policy

If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 24 hours.  A picture must be taken to prove this is the case and emailed to us to investigate the matter.  Once this has been investigated a new item will be sent but not refunded.

In the very rare occasion an item is faulty then a picture must be taken and information about why the product is faulty.  We will then investigate the matter and send a replacement.

If any customer requires a refund for a faulty item the item must be returned within 7 days for our team to check the item.  Once this has been investigated and if the item is faulty your monies will be refunded.  The item must be returned well packaged and pictures will be taken of the item if it arrives in a poor condition.

If your orders are placed by accident, wrong lamps ordered, not correct size, does not fit, unwanted present, does not look right or you have simply changed your mind, then the item must be returned at your own cost for a refund.  There will also be a 30% handling charge if it is simply returned due to no reasonable reason or if it is not in its original packaging.

We will not be held responsible for any costs involving electrical work booked by customers for late delivery or wrong product delivered.  Kindly ensure the right product is delivered before any work is carried out.
